<p style="text-align: justify;">The 2012 has started recently and we have all proposed new things, challenges, changes &#8230; so if you are looking for changes in your life, we ask you to go shopping and you renew your closet full or nearly full.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To start, you know get a good bargain and buy it very basic need or at some time or another you know you will get to be missing, then we leave some basic examples:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- Jeans: is the pledge that we always saves as shown in full and I think 10 out of every ten people has about as this garment is very useful and combined with all that either want something casual, urban, chic and even formal .</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- Black shirt: This shirt is just as useful for denim pants as it is combined with everything as though all they say &#8220;the black goes with everything.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- Denim Jacket: is the new trend that makes us to publicize this as old garment though now somewhat renovated, this, gives you the touch you want to: rocker, hippie, romantic &#8230; you choose.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- Short: is the color that is this piece, this will always be much more useful if it is black.</p>

<strong>1. Breathing for Relaxation</strong></p>
<p>If your body is not relaxed, your mind will not be either. Respiration is the principal tool for achieving that go into that state of tranquility you are looking for (remember that oxygen reach all your blood). And although it is a basic and natural activity, often in our day bad breath (by mouth, breathe too fast or not at all)</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re in your bed, pay close attention to how you are breathing. Maybe you&#8217;re not doing well. Concentrate on how you&#8217;re doing, plus other thoughts depart from your mind. Here are the steps you must take to get a good breath:</p>
<p>Put one hand on your abdomen and inhale. Check air fill your lungs completely. Notice how your abdomen rises.<br />
Hold your breath for a few seconds.<br />
Exhale, your abdomen should return to its natural state first and then your chest must be released. Do it slowly, making sure all air throw.</p>
<p>Now, when you already control, you can stop thinking about it. Keep your hand on your abdomen will help you realize if you keep doing it correctly.</p>
<p><strong>2. Goodbye to negative thoughts</strong></p>
<p>Much of our difficulty sleeping comes from our little mind control. Yes, you have that meeting tomorrow that will determine your income throughout the year or have the test that should make you pass the course and you can not get out of your mind. Of course I too would have happened! And above all, I think, tomorrow I will have a hellish dark circles!<span id="more-1012"></span></p>
<p>But, it is in us, learn to stop the problems out of our room and our bed. After all how we win over the details of what we can not solve yet. In this situation I offer two solutions:</p>
<p>Enough! So, when those thoughts do not need to appear, tell yourself enough! Your brain will be distracted by the order and begin to reject them. This technique also can help you in day to day when any negative idea comes to you without the call.</p>
<p>The other way is if you find it impossible to control (it may take some time) you get out of bed and give in to any activity you devote some concentration such as reading or doing a puzzle. Sometimes, the more we force ourselves to sleep, our mind insists on staying awake.</p>
<p><strong>3. &#8220;Imagine&#8221; to sleep</strong></p>

<p>1. Carbohydrates should be the staple food. At least half of the calories in the diet should come from carbohydrate foods. This nutrient is the main source of energy for the body and is found in cereals, rice, pasta, potatoes, bread and, of course, also in legumes.</p>
<p>2. Take advantage of minimally processed foods, fresh and seasonal. This allows you to use products at their best both from the standpoint of organoleptic (taste and aroma) and from the nutritional point of view. The availability of vitamins and minerals is higher in fresh and minimally processed.</p>
